How JobEJ works
Four parts, each explained in a minute. Jobs come in from anywhere; everything about them stays in one place.
The tracker
Every application, its company, its status, its interviews and your notes — in one place instead of a spreadsheet.
- 1Add a job: by hand, from the extension, or from your AI assistant.
- 2Move it along as things happen: prospecting → applied → interviewing → accepted or rejected.
- 3Keep interviews, contacts, questions and notes with the job, and get reminders before interviews.
The Chrome extension
Found a job on LinkedIn, Indeed or a company's careers page? One click saves it with the title, company, salary and deadline read from the page.
- 1Install the extension and pin it (Chrome hides new extensions behind the puzzle icon).
- 2Create a token under Dashboard → Extension and paste it in the extension. Done once.
- 3On any job posting, click the JobEJ icon → Save this page. The job and its company appear in your tracker.
ChatGPT & Claude
Already asking an AI assistant to find jobs? Connect it to JobEJ and what it finds lands in your tracker — and it can update your tracker as you go.
- 1Copy your connection link from Settings → Integrations and add JobEJ as a connector in ChatGPT or Claude (once).
- 2Ask as you normally would: "find remote backend jobs in Europe and save them to JobEJ".
- 3Tell it what happened — "I applied to Kake", "note that the recruiter is Ana" — and the tracker follows.
The resume builder
Build your resume once, then let the AI draft a version tailored to a saved job — for you to review before you send it.
- 1Fill in your resume in the builder (or import it) and keep it as your base.
- 2Pick a saved job and ask for a tailored draft; the AI rewrites around that posting.
- 3Review every line, then export. The original is never changed.
